A vibrant, flawless nose, with aromas of cooked cereal, sesame and mushrooms, displaying remarkable clarity. On the palate, the profile displays fine typicity, with a supple attack and plenty of freshness. Fresh fruit unfolds alongside vegetal notes of grain. The finish reveals a certain bitterness and astringency, but the length remains satisfying. A very elegant and complex wine overall.
