Tasting notes

Appearance: Clear, golden amber. Nose: The nose is initially discreet, then gradually reveals aromas of fresh exotic fruit, vanilla and wood, accompanied by spicy notes of cinnamon and cloves. Palate: The attack is beautifully sweet, with flavours of brown sugar and vanilla, evolving towards notes of dried fruit and spices. The texture is bright and clean, although the woody influence can sometimes dominate the basic aromas. The finish lingers on flavours of dried plum and fig. Overall impression: A well-balanced spirit overall, which benefits from being left in the glass for a few moments to reveal its aromatic complexity.
