Tasting notes

Appearance: Dark amber, crystal-clear Nose: Oak dominates, accompanied by sweet spices and a hint of herbaceous notes. Palate: On the palate, medium-bodied, it opens with sweet notes of caramel and brown sugar, underpinned by pronounced oak that lends a slight astringency. The sweet spices then come to the fore, before a medium-length finish enlivened by a hint of pepper. The alcohol is very well integrated. Overall impression: A harmonious blend, where the sweetness of the caramel complements the oak and spices, carried by well-integrated alcohol, despite the oak being slightly noticeable at times.
