Slight hints of orange jam and jasmine complete the delicate ensemble. Palate: A supple, fat attack that coats the palate well without being aggressive. Flavours of plum, sultana and apple mingle with a touch of zest, bringing freshness and balance. The aromatic structure remains light but harmonious, with a well-integrated sweetness. The medium-length finish is smooth, dry and pleasantly persistent. Overall impression: A harmonious, well-structured Pisco, whose softness and silky texture bring out a subtle fruity and floral register, though lacking a little intensity for full expression.
