Tasting notes

Appearance: Clear and bright Nose: A fresh and intense nose, dominated by cereal and white flowers. Palate: On the palate, green olive and fruity notes are accompanied by a hint of nut and a touch of white pepper, with fairly limited development. The texture is light and delicate, with a well-maintained balance. The finish, which is of good length, reveals a slight warmth from the alcohol. Overall impression: A refined and balanced wine, with lovely aromatic freshness, despite limited development and a slightly pronounced warmth on the finish.
