Tasting notes

Appearance: Golden, brilliant straw colour Nose: An expressive nose, dominated by white flowers and sweet, confectionery-like notes, enhanced by a hint of spice. Palate: The attack, soft and fresh, opens with juicy tropical fruits and honeyed notes of spun sugar. The texture is velvety, the sweetness delicate and well-controlled, supported by a slight acidity. The long finish retains a hint of warmth. Overall impression: An expressive and balanced wine, where the floral and honeyed sweetness is underpinned by a velvety texture, despite a slightly pronounced warmth on the finish.
