Appearance: Dark golden, clear and brilliant. Nose: The aromas reveal a gourmet bouquet dominated by dark chocolate, fresh vanilla and espresso coffee, accompanied by notes of sweet bread, mild spices and dried fruits such as mango and fig. Palate: The attack shows clear coffee and cocoa flavours, enriched by notes of brown sugar and cinnamon on a viscous, oily texture. The whole reveals a pronounced woody character which brings a certain bitterness, partly offset by the vanilla sweetness and spices. The finish offers appreciable length, with lingering notes of dark chocolate, cinnamon and leather. Overall impression: A rich, decadent spirit with well-integrated characteristics, offering a balanced gourmet profile despite a marked woody influence.
