Tasting notes

Appearance: Pale, brilliant straw colour Nose: Ripe sugar cane dominates, accompanied by fresh vegetal notes and a slight hint of tobacco. Palate: The fresh attack sees the return of sugar cane, enhanced by citrus and a hint of pepper against a subtly sweet backdrop. The subtle tannins already provide good structure, whilst the well-integrated alcohol maintains the balance. The long, lingering finish ends on a note of fresh lime. Overall impression: A fresh and expressive wine, where sugarcane and vegetal notes harmonise within a balanced structure, still marked by its youth.
