An expressive and powerful nose, with aromas of cereal, sesame and mushroom, and a hint of umami. On the palate, the profile is rich and dense, with good structure and fermented flavours reminiscent of soya sauce. The alcohol is well integrated and the finish is lingering. An elegant and well-rounded overall impression.
