Tasting notes

Appearance: Clear, transparent, crystalline. Nose: The aromas develop around well-presented smoky notes, accompanied by vegetal and herbaceous tones, with hints of sweet spices and an intense, elegant expressiveness. Palate: The attack is supple and round, revealing smoky flavours that harmonise with planty notes, white pepper and spices. The texture is fine and unctuous, offering satisfactory balance despite a high level of alcohol that can sometimes be slightly aggressive. The finish is beautifully long, with hints of honey and fruit that harmoniously complete the aromatic profile. Overall impression: A spirit of character that elegantly expresses its terroir of origin, combining finesse and intensity in a balanced and typical whole.
