Appearance: Bright golden amber. Nose: The aromas are complex, with notes of vanilla, orchard fruit and fig compote, accompanied by hints of cereal and wood, creating a harmonious, expressive whole. Palate: The attack is voluptuous and creamy, developing flavours of dried fruit, brown sugar and sweet spices such as cinnamon and cloves. The balance leans towards a certain dominance of oak, which can sometimes mask the other aromatic components. The finish lingers on roasted and spicy notes, with a hint of bitterness and hints of allspice. Overall impression: A spirit with a promising maturity, despite a woody influence that sometimes dominates, but which nevertheless offers a pleasant, well-structured tasting.
