Appearance: Colourless, clear Nose: A fresh, herbaceous nose, enhanced by spices and a hint of agave. Palate: The attack, smooth and dry, reveals an oily texture where cooked, sweet agave is accompanied by vegetal notes and a hint of smoke. The alcohol is well integrated, and a hint of vanilla-flavoured pastry rounds the whole off. The finish, of good length, remains clean and balanced. Overall impression: A clean and elegant overall impression, where the herbal freshness harmonises with the sweetness of the agave against an oily texture, creating a lovely balance.
