Appearance: Crystal-clear, limpid, brilliant Nose: Tropical and white fruits dominate, enhanced by a floral note. Palate: The attack is soft and round, with a rich texture. The mid-palate centres on melon and ripe pear, underpinned by an umami flavour that adds depth whilst maintaining a lovely balance. The finish is lingering. Overall impression: An elegant and balanced wine, where the fruitiness is underpinned by lovely roundness and a hint of umami.
