The nose is complex and expressive, with aromas of mushrooms, cereal and cut grass, as well as fermentative notes of soya sauce. On the palate, the profile is flavourful and elegant, with a smooth attack. It has good body, is well-balanced, and the fermentative flavours linger. The freshness adds an extra dimension, and the finish is pleasingly long.
