Tasting notes

Appearance: Colourless, clear and brilliant. Nose: The aromas reveal a marked duality between delicate floral notes of lavender and chamomile on the one hand, and artificial candy scents that sometimes dominate the whole on the other. Palate: The attack is silky and round, developing complex flavours of dried flowers, herbs and citrus zest. The balance remains correct despite a certain astringency and soapy notes appearing in the middle of the palate. The finish oscillates between an appreciable floral persistence and a more disappointing metallic conclusion, depending on the expression. Overall impression: A spirit with contrasting expressions, alternating between promising aromatic complexity and imbalances that detract from the overall coherence.
