Tasting notes

Appearance: Colourless, crystalline Nose: A floral and fruity nose, dominated by white flowers and pear, with a hint of green grape. Palate: The attack, initially sweet then becoming drier, reveals notes of grape and pear, enhanced by floral and honeyed nuances. The medium-bodied, slightly oily wine offers a supple texture, which the alcohol – still somewhat noticeable – tends to dry out. The finish, of medium length and refreshing, lingers on notes of grape with a very slight bitterness. Overall impression: A delicate, floral profile, where the fruitiness is underpinned by a supple texture, despite the alcohol, the integration of which could be improved.
