Palate: The attack reveals a round, silky texture, developing flavours of candied fruit, baked apple and vanilla, enriched by notes of fresh citrus and light spices. The structure remains well-balanced despite a few atypical notes. The finish varies in length, evolving from warm sensations to a drier conclusion. Overall impression: This spirit offers an expressive aromatic profile with fruity and floral accents, supported by a pleasant texture, although the whole may sometimes lack persistence.
