Tasting notes

Appearance: Clear, brilliant Nose: A delicate smokiness blends with fruity citrus notes and earthy, vegetal accents. Palate: The intense and expressive attack combines citrus, herbs and olive on a salty, tangy backdrop, whilst waves of pungent spices amplify the flavours. The smokiness, well integrated, remains mellow and the alcohol blends in to create a lovely balance. The finish, long and spicy, ends with a slight astringency. Overall impression: A complex and balanced whole, where the smokiness harmonises with the spices and fruitiness, with a distinct gastronomic dimension.
