Tasting notes

Appearance: Clear and crystalline Nose: The nose opens with notes of sesame oil and soya, followed by an umami hint reminiscent of mushrooms. Palate: The attack, dry and mouth-watering, reveals an umami intensity enhanced by a hint of saltiness and a slight acidity. Roasted sesame then comes to the fore, carried by a fairly pronounced alcoholic warmth. The finish, long and toasty, leaves a slightly burnt sensation. Overall impression: An expressive and balanced overall impression, centred on sesame and umami, despite a slightly noticeable warmth and moderate complexity.
