Palate: The powerful attack carries the tropical fruit forward before giving way to pronounced spices, where black pepper mingles with aniseed and liquorice. The texture is round and creamy, underpinned by a malty sweetness and a slight bitterness that balance the whole. The finish, of medium length, leaves a velvety sensation on the tongue. Overall impression: An intensely aromatic and well-balanced blend, where tropical fruits harmonise with spices against a rounded texture, with well-integrated alcohol.
