Tasting notes

Appearance: Bright, clear gold. Nose: Balanced aromas of ripe tropical fruit, mild spices and sweet notes, complemented by hints of fresh citrus, almond and a light woody touch. Palate: Supple, smooth attack, evolving into flavours of cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg, supported by notes of ripe fruit and cane sugar. The fatty, unctuous texture is accompanied by a pleasant warmth, well integrated into the whole. The finish, of medium length, combines lingering sweetness with a slight astringency. Overall impression: A well-executed, well-balanced rum, harmoniously combining sweetness, warmth and spice, even if the aromatic intensity and depth remain measured.
