Nose: The aromas are dominated by woody notes of cedar and oak, accompanied by notes of cinnamon, toast, caramel and brown sugar, with delicate hints of tropical fruit such as banana and mango. Palate: The attack is supple and silky, offering good power without aggressiveness. The evolution reveals a balance between the natural sweetness of the raw material and the extraction of the oak, with vegetal, camphorous and liquorice notes, complemented by exotic fruit and a hint of sultanas. The finish is long-lasting, with a pleasant minerality and traces of oxidation that reflect the ageing process.
