Nose: The bouquet reveals a rich aromatic palette dominated by cocoa and vanilla, accompanied by notes of tobacco, red fruit and balsamic elements that require further exploration. Palate: The attack is soft with a marked sweetness, evolving towards flavours of dark chocolate, flambéed banana and cocoa powder. The texture has a certain liveliness that contrasts with the woody notes, while the tannins bring a slight dryness. The finish, though pleasant, fades more quickly than the initial intensity would suggest. Overall impression: A complex, harmonious spirit that seduces with its aromatic richness, despite some textural imbalances.
