Tasting notes

Appearance: Pale gold, crystal-clear Nose: The nose opens with vegetal and peppery notes of green pepper, with a hint of citrus and a slight sweetness reminiscent of confectionery in the background. Palate: The attack, light and velvety, reveals a rounded smoothness and a certain sweetness before faithfully continuing the herbaceous and peppery notes of the nose, enhanced by a hint of green olive. The rich texture gains in intensity whilst remaining balanced, supported by a fine tannic structure. The finish is long and lingering. Overall impression: A refined and elegant wine, where the fresh, herbaceous and peppery notes blend with a rounded sweetness, maintaining a fine balance right through to the lingering finish.
