Palate: The attack is lively and zesty, allowing the juniper to come to the fore before peppery spices build in intensity, followed by floral notes of white flowers. The body remains light, with a slightly tingling sensation and a warmth that is present but well-controlled. The finish, long and fresh, returns to lemon zest with a subtle hint of bitterness. Overall impression: Fresh and elegant, more expressive on the palate than on the nose, with a lovely balance between citrus, juniper and flowers on a lively, light structure.
