Palate: On the palate, the juniper comes to the fore alongside peppery spices and fresh herbaceous notes, with a full-bodied and warming texture. The balance remains intact, despite a fairly noticeable alcohol content and a slight bitterness. The finish is long and clean, ending on the freshness of citrus peel. Overall impression: A clean and balanced overall impression, where the juniper harmonises with the citrus and spices, although the alcohol could be better integrated.
