Tasting notes

Appearance: Amber in colour, slightly cloudy Nose: A rich and expressive nose, dominated by plum, with notes of apricot stone and a hint of honey. Palate: The attack, characterised by lively acidity, allows the fruit to gradually gain in intensity, centred on plum, candied cherry and dried fruit. The texture is round and sweet, but the balance could be improved, as the acidity is slightly pronounced. The fruity finish is pleasant. Overall impression: A rich and flavourful wine, centred on plum, whose harmony would benefit from a more integrated acidity.
