Appearance: Colourless, clear, brilliant Nose: The nose opens with intense citrus notes, underpinned by juniper and a hint of herbaceousness. Palate: On the palate, a slight sweetness gives way to a briny note that reveals floral herbs, whilst citrus notes – led by lemongrass – remain at the forefront. The texture is smooth and the balance is masterfully controlled. The finish, fresh and slightly spicy, is persistent. Overall impression: Fresh and well-balanced, with a pronounced citrus profile enhanced by an original salinity.
