The flavours evolve towards notes of citrus fruit, orange blossom and grapefruit pips, with a hint of vegetal bitterness. The finish is long and aromatic, marked by the persistence of well-balanced spices and elegant freshness. Overall impression: An expressive, complex spirit offering a fine aromatic tension between vegetal freshness and spicy richness, in a structurally clean whole despite some occasional imbalances.
