Palate: The attack is clean and rich, with a slightly sweet mouthfeel dominated by soya and toasted sesame, enhanced by a hint of pineapple. Moderate astringency and a fairly pronounced alcoholic warmth accompany a well-balanced palate. The long finish is salty with a slight acidity. Overall impression: A complex and balanced wine, where the sweetness harmonises with the fermented and toasted notes, despite a somewhat pronounced warmth.
