Appearance: Transparent, crystalline, brilliant Nose: Lively and fresh peppermint, accompanied by herbaceous notes and a hint of citrus. Palate: The attack, round and smooth, carries the peppermint through to a balsamic note blended with chlorophyll-like notes and a hint of aniseed. Well-balanced acidity counterbalances the sweetness and maintains a distinct freshness. The finish is clean and of medium length. Overall impression: A clean and elegant wine, fresh and well-balanced with peppermint at its heart, though it lacks a little intensity.
