Verkostungskommentar

Appearance: Clear and brilliant, with silvery tints. Nose: Fine, balanced aromatic expression, dominated by vegetal and floral notes combining grains and cereals with green olives, fennel and white flowers. Hints of citrus fruit, aniseed and fresh herbs add complexity and freshness. Palate: The attack confirms the impressions of the nose with a clear expression of green olive, fennel and white flowers. The structure reveals a lovely peppery complexity underpinned by the sweetness of the grapes and hints of orange peel and vanilla. The balance between intensity and suppleness is well controlled, leading to a long, harmonious and fresh finish. Overall impression: A precise, expressive spirit with an excellent balance between aromatic richness and vegetal freshness, underpinned by a fine overall coherence.
