Appearance: Crystal-clear, limpid, brilliant Nose: A fresh, fruity nose, dominated by ripe pineapple and white-fleshed fruits. Palate: On the palate, it is smooth and rich, revealing ripe tropical fruits dominated by pineapple and banana, enhanced by a hint of umami reminiscent of soya. The texture remains slightly rough, but the alcohol is well integrated and the balance is spot on. The finish, smooth and lingering, prolongs the impression with notes of dried exotic fruits. Overall impression: A harmonious and expressive whole, where tropical fruits blend with an umami note against a rich texture.
