Appearance: Colourless, clear, brilliant Nose: A fresh nose, blending notes of cooked cereals, soya and mushrooms, with a fairly pronounced hint of alcohol. Palate: The warm attack gives way to notes of fermented grains and soya, brightened by lively fruitiness with citrus accents. The palate, dry and slightly astringent, gains structure thanks to lovely acidity. The finish, smooth and lingering, rounds off the whole experience with clarity. Overall impression: A fresh and expressive wine, where grains and soya blend with a lively fruitiness carried by the acidity, despite a slightly pronounced alcoholic warmth on the attack.
