Appearance: Brilliant, crystal-clear gold Nose: The nose combines plum with herbaceous and floral notes, enhanced by a hint of citrus. Palate: The attack is supple and fresh, echoing the nose with greater intensity, centred on plum, infused herbs and citrus. The texture is pleasant and the alcohol is well integrated, underpinned by a very pronounced sweetness. The finish remains fresh thanks to a slight acidity. Overall impression: A sweet and aromatic wine, where the plum and vegetal notes are underpinned by a tangy freshness, despite a slightly pronounced sweetness.
