Appearance: Crystal-clear and brilliant Nose: A clean and elegant nose, dominated by white flowers and fresh fruit, with a hint of herbaceous notes on the finish. Palate: The attack is round and supple, carried by fresh fruit that builds in intensity, before giving way to enveloping salty and mineral notes. The texture is slightly astringent, and the alcohol, whilst quite noticeable, lends a certain roughness to the finish. The wine remains well-balanced, with medium length. Overall impression: An elegant and balanced wine, where floral and fruity notes harmonise with a hint of salinity, despite a somewhat pronounced alcoholic warmth.
