Palate: The attack is fresh and straightforward, revealing a pronounced herbaceous character marked by mint and a hint of aniseed. The texture, smooth and enveloping, is underpinned by a delicate fruitiness that tempers a subtle bitterness whilst retaining a certain dryness. The long finish prolongs the interplay between vegetal and fruity notes, with a well-integrated warmth. Overall impression: A complex and harmonious whole, where the richness of the vegetal notes is balanced by a gentle fruitiness against an enveloping texture.
