Tasting notes

Appearance: Bright golden amber. Nose: The aromatic expression reveals a complex profile dominated by plum and candied fruit, accompanied by notes of honey, vanilla and sweet spices, with floral nuances of jasmine and rose, although marked by a slight hint of ethyl acetate. Palate: The attack is lively and fresh, carried by fine acidity that reveals flavours of red fruit, greengage and herbal notes, with a smooth texture that dries out slightly on the mid-palate. The volume is well expressed despite a certain restraint, giving way to aromas of walnuts, almonds and a subtle minerality. The medium-length finish develops notes of pear, tarte tatin and vanilla with red fruits, underpinned by that characteristic acidity and a hint of dryness. Overall impression: A complex spirit representative of its style, combining acidic freshness and aromatic richness despite some minor imbalances.
