Appearance: Crystal-clear and brilliant Nose: A precise and deep nose, dominated by soya sauce, toasted dried fruit and dark chocolate. Palate: The attack, distinctly umami and marked by soya, quickly gives way to a sweetness with hints of tropical fruit. The texture is oily and enveloping, the alcohol is well integrated and the whole is balanced. The finish is long and elegant, ending on notes of cocoa and a hint of salt. Overall impression: A complex and balanced wine, where the rich umami flavour harmonises with an enveloping texture and a long, elegant finish.
