Appearance: Clear, crystalline, brilliant Nose: An intense and slightly pungent nose, characterised by roasted grains, a freshness of citrus and exotic fruits, and a salty hint of soya. Palate: The attack, fresh and tangy, evokes yellow fruits before giving way to peppery spices and then a more earthy profile of mushrooms. The texture, round despite a slight astringency, remains dry and well-balanced. The finish, long and smooth, lingers with notes of sesame. Overall impression: An elegant and complex wine, where the fruity freshness harmonises with earthy and spicy notes, despite a slightly pungent nose.
