Appearance: Deep, brilliant amber Nose: A rich, indulgent nose where vanilla caramel blends with sweet spices and dried fruit, against a woody backdrop. Palate: The attack, full-bodied and generous, reveals citrus notes and a caramelised sweetness, enhanced by a lively acidity. The tannins, which are quite pronounced, bring a woody note and a slight astringency, whilst the alcohol remains well integrated. The finish is dry and long, lingering on hints of almond. Overall impression: A full-bodied and structured wine, where the caramelised sweetness is balanced by lively acidity and firm tannins, leading to a dry and persistent finish.
