Tasting notes

Appearance: Golden-brown hues, limpid. Nose: Expressive aromas of candied apple and dried fruit, accompanied by pastry notes reminiscent of croustade and croissant, enhanced by delicate floral touches. Palate: The attack is sweet and fruity, developing flavours of dried apple, pear and caramel, underpinned by hints of wood and honey reminiscent of tea infusion. The texture is pleasant and well-balanced, despite some slight flaws in the cooking. The finish is smooth and lingering. Overall impression: A spirit with an assumed simplicity, centred on pome fruits with a good aromatic intensity, although it sometimes lacks complexity in its overall character.
