Appearance: Coppery amber, crystal-clear Nose: Roasted coffee on the nose, accompanied by vanilla and caramel. Palate: The attack is very smooth, allowing the coffee to build in intensity, underpinned by notes of caramel and dark chocolate. The texture is dense and rich, almost syrupy, but the sweetness dominates to the point of blurring the nuances, with a slight bitterness in the background. The finish, lingering and warm, prolongs the roasted notes. Overall impression: An intense and generous overall impression, centred on the roasted coffee and carried by a creamy texture, whose pronounced sweetness would benefit from being better balanced.
