Palate: The attack is sometimes a little aggressive, with a somewhat rustic alcohol that lacks roundness. The evolution reveals a beautiful harmony between the flavours of agave, fresh vegetal notes, citrus zest and sweet spices such as cinnamon and black pepper. The finish is moderately long, with a marked saline and mineral character. Overall impression: A coherent spirit with a fine balance between its vegetal heart, its smoky dimension and its minerality, despite a certain alcoholic harshness.
