Tasting notes

Appearance: Clear, golden amber. Nose: Cereal-dominated aromas, reminiscent of fresh bread, flour and porridge, supported by woody and vanilla notes. Sweet hints of caramel and honey mingle with finer nuances of almond, jasmine and dried fruit. Palate: Round, full-bodied attack, marked by the strength of the cereal and the sweetness of the malt. Flavours of sweet bread and mild spices such as cinnamon, cloves and a hint of ginger develop harmoniously. The balance between the sweet richness and the woody influence remains well held, with a slight bitterness on the finish. Overall impression: An expressive, well-structured grain distillate, both warm and well-balanced, in which the cereal dominance combines with woody and spicy nuances in a finished expression typical of the style.
