Tasting notes

Appearance: Crystal-clear, transparent and brilliant. Nose: The aromas reveal a complex palette of candied citrus fruit, roasted agave and caramelised notes, enriched by smoky, mineral and floral nuances. Palate: The attack is powerful, with herbaceous, earthy flavours supported by delicate smoke and hints of fresh citrus fruit. The texture is creamy, with a balance between noble minerality and slight residual sweetness. The finish develops sweet spices and a measured bitterness, if a little thin at times. Overall impression: A complex, well-structured spirit that aptly expresses its mineral and smoky character, despite some imbalances between the discreet nose and the more expressive palate.
