Nose: Initial contact reveals empyreumatic and plastic notes that fade in favour of fresh vegetal aromas, cooked agave and subtle saline touches accompanied by citric nuances. Palate: The attack is suave with a pleasant texture, although the alcoholic integration varies from sample to sample. The flavours evolve towards smoky, toasty and fruity notes, enriched with black pepper and mineral touches, with a marked presence of pineapple and citrus fruit. The finish develops a lovely fruity freshness, though the length remains modest. Overall impression: A coherent, well-crafted spirit that displays fine typicity despite a few irregularities in its balance.
