Tasting notes

Appearance: Clear, bright and luminous. Nose: The bouquet reveals a pronounced vegetal character with notes of cut herbs, cooked peppers and asparagus, accompanied by hints of sandalwood, cedar and a touch of aniseed. Palate: The attack is markedly intense, with grassy, earthy flavours enhanced by hints of honey and pineapple. The texture is unctuous and soft, offering a fine integration of flavours despite a few solvent notes that can sometimes dominate the whole. The finish is appreciably lingering, with peppery accents and a slight acidity. Overall impression: A spirit with an assertive vegetal character and a certain complexity, although the balance can sometimes be compromised by less harmonious notes.
