Appearance: Colourless, clear, bright Nose: The nose, of medium intensity, combines umami notes of soya and mushrooms with hints of nuts and cereals. Palate: The palate continues the cereal and fermented notes, enhanced by earthy notes and a hint of sesame. The pronounced acidity brings a distinct astringency, whilst the alcohol remains well integrated. The finish is long, warm and enveloping. Overall impression: A flavourful and distinctive wine, with umami and cereal notes, carried by lively acidity and a long, enveloping finish.
